Business Development Representative – Property Management
Location: Sugar Land, TX (Hybrid)
Compensation: $45,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Monthly Performance Bonuses

Carewell Property Management is a fast-growing residential property management company serving the Greater Houston area. We specialize in delivering exceptional service to property owners while maximizing the value of their investments.
We're looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Business Development Representative to help us grow our portfolio by building relationships with real estate agents, investors, landlords, builders, and property owners.

What You'll Do
- Generate new property management business throughout the Greater Houston area.
- Build and maintain relationships with Realtors, investors, builders, and landlords.
- Attend networking events, real estate investor meetings, and industry functions.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, email, social media, and in-person meetings.
- Meet with prospective property owners to present Carewell's property management services.
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline using our CRM.
- Collaborate with our operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly business development goals.
CompensationBase Salary
Commission
- $500 for every new management agreement you generate directly.
- $250 for every new management agreement that comes through a Realtor referral (Carewell pays the referring agent separately).
Monthly Performance Bonuses
- 4 new management agreements: $500 Bonus
- 6 new management agreements: $1,000 Bonus
- 8 new management agreements: $2,000 Bonus
- 10+ new management agreements: $3,500 Bonus
There is no cap on commissions or bonuses. High performers are rewarded.
Qualifications
- Sales, business development, or real estate experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and networking.
- Organized and able to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
- Texas Real Estate License is a plus but not required.

Compensation Example
A Business Development Representative who signs:
- 5 direct management agreements and
- 2 Realtor referral agreements
would earn:
- $45,000 Base Salary
- $3,000 in monthly commissions
- $1,000 monthly performance bonus
That's over $90,000 annually while helping build a rapidly growing company.
