About the Role
We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Operations & Logistics Coordinator to play a key role in keeping our manufacturing and distribution operations running efficiently. This position requires someone who can think ahead, solve problems, and confidently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You'll work closely with our team while also operating independently to ensure production has the ingredients, packaging, and materials needed to stay on schedule. From sourcing ingredients and negotiating with suppliers to coordinating shipments, managing driver routes, and ensuring DOT compliance, you'll help keep every part of the operation moving smoothly.
Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Because this role oversees shipping logistics and driver operations, communication outside normal business hours may be required.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate daily production schedules, shipping activities, and logistics to ensure orders are completed and shipped on time.
- Source ingredients, packaging, and other production materials while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and purchasing agreements with vendors.
- Ensure adequate inventory of ingredients and production materials to support manufacturing schedules.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound freight and manage transportation logistics.
- Schedule and manage company driver routes to maximize efficiency.
- Recruit, coordinate, and onboard drivers as business needs require.
- Maintain DOT compliance records and assist with transportation-related regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with production, warehouse, purchasing, sales, and management to support daily operations.
- Manage outgoing product and sample shipments.
- Organize multiple priorities, resolve issues proactively, and keep projects moving forward.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Support the General Manager with operational initiatives and special projects.

Requirements
- 3+ years of operations, purchasing, or logistics experience.
- Manufacturing or food manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with purchasing, inventory coordination, or supply chain management preferred.
- Familiarity with transportation logistics and DOT compliance preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Valid driver's license.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
Physical Requirements

- Occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds.

Compensation
$93,600 annually (equivalent to $1,800 per week)
