Responsibilities of the Customer Support Specialist:
- Work directly with business decision makers to understand their communication needs and present applicable AT&T solutions that align with their goals
- Confidently guide customers through the sales process, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and professionalism
- Build long-term customer relationships by providing proactive follow ups, addressing any post-sale questions, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction with AT&T services
- Collaborate with Customer Support Specialists to meet and exceed individual and group sales targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer care and retention
- Identify potential opportunities for business customers to upgrade or expand their service plans, contributing to both customer business success and overall sales growth
- Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor in all interactions, representing AT&T’s brand values with integrity and enthusiasm
