Quiriego is looking for skilled and motivated Line Cooks to join our opening culinary team. We are seeking professionals who are passionate about quality, consistency, and teamwork in a high-energy kitchen.
Weekend availability required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain quality and consistency during service.
- Set up and stock workstations before each shift.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team during high-volume service.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and properly stocked.
Qualifications
- Previous line cook experience required.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliable and team-oriented.
- Weekend availability required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
