About Us
Gamer Supps is a fast-growing e-commerce brand known for its cutting-edge products and influencer-driven marketing. Our mission is to make the best energy drink and products on the planet and partner with the best creators on the internet. As we expand across new launches, sales channels, and fulfillment partners, we're growing the tech team to keep pace.
Position Overview
We're looking for a full-time Shopify Web Admin to join our tech team. You'll own the day-to-day upkeep of our store, keeping content accurate, launches clean, and integrations running, while working closely with engineering, marketing, and partner management. This role is a great fit if you know your way around Shopify admin, have a sharp eye for detail, and want to work inside a brand with real momentum. It's an operations and content role, not a coding role.
What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day store operations in Shopify admin, keeping the site accurate, current, and running smoothly
- Create and configure products, collections, and promotions
- Manage on-site content (homepage, landing pages, navigation, banners, and section updates) through Shopify's visual theme editor, with no coding required
- QA product launches end to end, including pricing, discounts, checkout flow, and regional behavior
- Monitor and help manage our app integrations (subscriptions, email/SMS, support, reviews, affiliates, shipping), making sure data is flowing correctly and catching issues early
- Coordinate with Shopify support and third-party vendors to resolve day-to-day issues
- Support cross-department requests around content updates, bulk data operations, and discount troubleshooting
- Help maintain on-page SEO and AI-search basics, including meta titles and descriptions, alt text, and clean page structure
- Pull basic reporting from Shopify and other internal platforms to support launch debriefs and cross-team requests
- Flag and document issues clearly so the engineering team can act fast
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience with Shopify admin, including products, collections, discounts, content, and store settings
- Comfortable working in Shopify's theme editor and app dashboards, with no coding required
- Strong attention to detail with a QA-first mindset
- Organized, communicative, and reliable. You manage your own workload, give clear updates, and flag issues before they become problems
- Active on Discord, which is how we communicate day to day
- Able to work in-office in Austin, TX, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Bonus Points
- Experience managing Shopify apps and integrations (subscriptions, helpdesk, reviews, affiliates, and similar)
- Familiarity with e-commerce analytics (Shopify reports, Google Analytics)
- You use AI tools actively in your workflow, such as Claude or similar
- Genuine interest in gaming, streaming, or creator-driven brands
