Asphalt Specialties Co., Inc. is a Colorado family owned corporation. We specialize in meeting individual customer needs while providing quality products and services throughout the Front Range of Colorado. We supply a full range of building materials including aggregate, asphalt and aggregate recycled products.
We are currently hiring for an Estimator/Project Manager.
Responsibilities include:
*Ability to prepare estimates for projects, manage all required documents and submittals to agency/owner
*Responsible to assist field personnel, organize project schedule, manage, and forecast cost associated with projects
*Must establish and maintain relationships with agency/owner
*Position requires accuracy at all times working in a high production environment
Experience:
* 5 years work experience with CDOT, Contractors, and Sub-contractors
* Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Valid Driver License & Drug Screen required
