Primary Activities include, but are not limited to:
● Preparing, making and packaging herbal supplements with attention to detail and precision according to cGMP standards. Maintain a steady and productive work pace, aligned with order volumes, shipping schedules, and production goals.
● Follow cGMP SOPs for all production and facility maintenance.
● Ensure product counts are accurate and supplements are professionally packaged to maintain our company standard.
● Monitoring ingredient, packaging, and supply inventory levels, notifying the Operations Manager when orders need to be placed.for product ingredients, packaging and supplies to alert Operations Manager to place orders.
● Regularly inspect the quality of materials, maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
● Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area, adhere to all health and safety standards.
● Foster a collaborative work environment by assisting other employees when needed.
● Support additional operational and company needs as required. As a growing startup, responsibilities may occasionally extend beyond supplement production and include inventory management, shipping and fulfillment support, facility organization, event preparation, special projects, administrative tasks, and other duties that contribute to the success and growth of the company.
Required Education/Experience:
- High School degree or equivalent (required)
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, food production, supplement production, commercial kitchen operations, or a related hands-on production environment preferred.
- Experience working in a regulated environment and following written procedures or SOPs preferred.
- Experience with herbal products, supplements, plant medicine, culinary production, or natural products is preferred, but not required.

● Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
● Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain productivity.
● Ability to follow written procedures, maintain accurate records, and consistently adhere to cGMP standards.
● Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and manufacturing best practices preferred.
● Willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a growing company.
