The Role: Preschool Teacher
Location: Shelby County (Alabaster, Calera, Helena)
Status: Full-Time (Open Availability 6:00 am to 6:30 pm required)
The Basics
- You’re at least 18 years old and bring both heart and hustle.
- You’ve got your High School Diploma or GED in hand.
- You’re ready for the usual background checks, TB test, and physical — we take safety seriously.
- References? We’ll call them — because we know you’ll shine.

- Dazzle our littles with love, patience, and creativity every single day.
- Dream up and lead engaging, age-appropriate adventures that make learning feel like play.
- Create a safe and nurturing space where every child feels seen and celebrated.
- Understand and respond to each child’s developmental needs like the rockstar educator you are.
