Account Representative - The Role

As an Account Representative, you play a vital part in delivering AT&T fiber and wireless solutions to local communities across Texas. Expect to be on the front lines—educating customers, closing sales, and representing a brand trusted nationwide. Account Representative - Your Day-to-Day:
- Engage residential customers face-to-face to promote and sell AT&T Fiber internet and wireless solutions
- Conduct needs-based conversations to sign up customers for the most suitable Fiber packages
- Build trust quickly by delivering clear, accurate product information in a professional manner
- Execute customer enrollments efficiently while maintaining compliance standards
- Track customer interactions and enrollment activity accurately
- Collaborate with Account Representative team members to meet daily and weekly performance goals
- Represent Prime Time Executives and AT&T with professionalism in every interaction
- Continuously improve sales approach through feedback and field experience
