Pastaria by Niche in Clayton, MO is looking for a Dough Production Worker to join our team. This is a focused, detail-oriented production role centered on crafting hand-rolled pasta and pizza dough with consistency and care. It's not a high-speed kitchen environment — instead, it rewards precision, patience, and a genuine curiosity for the craft of dough-making.
In this role, you'll operate and develop a strong working knowledge of pasta extruding machines, follow established recipes, and manage your time effectively to meet daily production needs. You'll work with hand-rolled pasta techniques and pizza dough preparation, learning the nuances of each product so that every batch meets Pastaria's quality standards.
No prior experience is required — we're looking for someone motivated to learn, reliable, and consistent. A strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes and processes closely are the most important qualities you can bring. Comfort with a structured, methodical workflow will set you up for success here.
This position typically runs 4–5 days per week with daytime hours, generally starting around 8:00am and wrapping up by 3:00–4:00pm.
