Job Title: Lot Attendant
Location: Rainier Dodge of Olympia – Olympia, WA

Position Summary
Rainier Dodge of Olympia is seeking a dependable, hardworking Lot Attendant to support both our Sales and Service departments. This role is critical in maintaining the appearance, organization, and readiness of our vehicle inventory and facility. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, moves with urgency, and thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean, wash, and detail vehicles to dealership standards
- Move, stage, and organize vehicles on the lot, showroom, and service areas
- Perform spot shining, waxing, and presentation prep for showroom vehicles
- Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lot, service drive, and wash areas
- Assist in vehicle deliveries and transfers between departments
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions (rain, heat, cold)
- Communicate effectively with sales and service team members for daily task coordination
- Utilize cell phone technology and dealership communication tools to receive and complete assignments
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in vehicle presentation
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Frequent vehicle entry and exit
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
