Our Memory Care Communities located in Suamico is looking for caregivers to join our team!
Part Time NOC (12-Hour Shift)
Caregiver qualifications include:
- Record of good attendance
- CBRF Certifications a Plus!
- CNA Training a Plus!
- Knowledge of Alzheimer's & other forms of dementia a Plus!
Caregivers are responsible to:
· Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, per the individual service plan for each resident
· Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document medication administration.
· Promote resident dignity, independence and choice
· Respond to resident needs in a timely manner
· Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
· Engage in social activities and provide companionship to clients; develop a caring rapport with residents
· Monitor and report changes in clients' physical and mental health in a timely manner.
· Follow policies for safety and infection control and demonstrate practices to control the spread of communicable disease
· Follow all HIPAA regulations to ensure client privacy and confidentiality.
· Build positive relationships with co-workers
· Staff training responsibilities, as assigned
