Role: Seasonal CDL Driver (For School year)
The Omnibus driver is responsible for transporting patient to and from the program as pre-arranged. You must be able to work a split schedule for morning pickups and afternoon drop offs. (This is a seasonal 10 month position renewable yearly)
Job Functions and Duties:
1. Transport clients safely and on schedule to and from program.
2. Ability to maintain concentration and alertness to surroundings.
3. Ability to make accurate and timely observations and respond safely and appropriately during potential emergency situations.
REQUIRED Qualifications:
1. Must possess a clean driving record -CDL License only
2. The following education requirements:
a) A completed associate’s degree and two years’ experience in the provision of appropriate services to youth; or
b) A high school diploma and five years’ experience in the provision of appropriate services to youth.
3. Appropriate services to youth includes: volunteer work, community work, or relevant work experience of at least 5 years
Drivers will have a split day and will be transporting mental health clients.
