Overview:
Develop, implement, and maintain the quality management system to ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016. Monitor and respond to any and all aspects of product and process quality. Continuously monitor the quality system and communicate with other departments and management.
Job Description:
- Maintain existing quality documents including quality manual and modify as needed
- Conduct manufacturing process audits
- Conduct internal audits
- Monitor the key process indicators and report to management
- Prepare for third-party audits
- Maintain quality improvement projects
- Train personnel in quality management system and customer specific requirements
- Closely work with Quality Manager
Qualification:
- BA or BS in any field
- Five years or more in automotive manufacturing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must
- Technical writing skills is a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to create charts and graphs on Microsoft Excel for analysis (advance knowledge in Excel formula is preferred)
- Knowledge of statistical analysis
- Analytical skills
- Critical thinking
- Working knowledge in ISO 9000 quality system standards at minimum
- Working knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements preferred
- Working knowledge of technical writing in automotive quality documents preferred
- Knowledge of AIAG Core Tools not a must but a big plus
- Ability to work in a small office environment
- Attention to details

The Company manufactures automotive safety critical part and is IATF 16949 certified.

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
