- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field ( preferred )
- 5–10+ years of construction project management experience, with airport or retail /TI experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost management
- Experience working in regulated environments ( airports, hospitals, or similar )
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-compliance environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience with budget tracking, reporting, and executive communication
- Ability to navigate complex permitting and operational constraints

- Airport tenant improvement or concessions build-outs
- Retail or multi-unit program rollout experience
- Familiarity with airport badging, phasing, and after-hours construction requirements
