The San Diego, CA based firm is seeking a high-energy, multi-faceted, multi-disciplined Cost Estimator to join our team in our fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of construction standards and practices
- Construction and Cost Estimating Experience
- Ability to read plans and specifications, perform take offs
- On-site inspection and observation of built environment
- Preparation of observation reprts
- Familiarity with building codes research
Requirements:
- Unrestricted ability to travel
- Advanced skills in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with team members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 5 to 10 years construction experience
- Active GL License or Certification in Construction Cost-Estimating
