This role begins with a strong focus on professional sugaring, brow and lash services, and recurring client care, while providing opportunities to expand into advanced skincare treatments as your skills and experience grow.

What You'll Do
- Perform professional sugaring services with exceptional attention to detail and client care.
- Provide brow and lash enhancement services.
- Perform facial treatments and advanced skincare services as your training and experience grow.
- Educate clients on home care and personalized treatment plans.
- Confidently recommend professional skincare products that support client results.
- Help create the kind of experience that keeps clients choosing Swanky! for years to come.
- Represent the Swanky! brand with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.
What We're Looking For
- Current Washington State Esthetician License.
- Passion for skincare, beauty, and helping people feel confident.
- Professional, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable educating clients and recommending retail products.
- Excited to continue learning advanced treatments, including DMK, HydraFacial, ProCell Microchanneling, and corrective skincare.
Professional sugaring experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person who is eager to learn and grow.
