Hilton Anchorage is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms in accordance with Hilton brand standards, ensuring every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay.

Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to Hilton brand standards.

Make beds and replace linens and towels.

Clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, tubs, mirrors, and floors.

Dust and sanitize furniture, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces.

Vacuum carpets and mop hard-surface floors.

Replenish guest amenities, toiletries, coffee supplies, and linens.

Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and presentation before releasing them for occupancy.

Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items promptly.

Follow proper procedures for handling guest belongings and privacy.

Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and supply closets in a clean and organized manner.

Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate professionally with guests and team members.

Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and security procedures.

Support teammates and assist with public area cleaning or special projects as needed.

Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required.

Ability to work independently while maintaining quality standards.
