House Supervisor Registered Nurse LTC
Location: Honolulu, Hawaii
Pay Rate: $60/hr
Contract: 13 weeks
Schedule: Rotating shifts; consecutive weekends as needed
Total Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Experience: Minimum 5 years of nursing experience required
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced House Supervisor Registered Nurse for a Long Term Care contract assignment in Honolulu, HI. This role is responsible for overseeing daily nursing operations, supporting clinical staff, ensuring resident care standards, and maintaining smooth workflow across assigned shifts.
Responsibilities
Supervise nursing staff and support daily Long Term Care unit operations
Monitor resident care, staffing needs, and clinical workflow during assigned shifts
Assist with issue resolution, care coordination, and communication with providers and families
Ensure accurate documentation, patient safety, and compliance with facility protocols
Requirements
Active Hawaii Registered Nurse license required prior to contract start
Minimum 5 years of nursing experience required; LTC or supervisory experience preferred
BLS required; additional certifications may be required based on facility needs
Must be available for rotating shifts, consecutive weekends as needed, and holiday coverage
