Position Summary
We are seeking a caring and motivated LPN or RN to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate is patient-centered, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient setting. This role works closely with our providers to support daily clinical operations and ensure an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and room patients, obtain vitals, and perform patient history intake
- Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and treatment plans
- Administer medications and immunizations following clinical guidelines
- Perform point-of-care testing (strep, flu, urinalysis, glucose, etc.)
- Handle telephone triage, prescription refills, and patient education
- Manage clinical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR)
- Maintain clean and organized exam rooms; restock supplies as needed
- Support care coordination, referrals and follow-up communication
- Adhere to clinical policies, HIPAA regulations, and best-practice standards
Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN license in the state of Ohio
- Current BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Prior experience in primary care, family medicine, or outpatient setting preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask and provide compassionate, patient-centered care
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)

Schedule
- Hours of operation are: Monday, Tuesday, Friday 8am-5pm. Wednesday and Thursday 7am-5pm. Your schedule would vary between those hours.
