Aspirations, LLC is looking to hire a part-time Licensed Speech Therapist to serve children and families who receive Early Intervention Services in Lancaster, PA.
Aspirations is an Early Intervention agency dedicated to providing quality Early Intervention services to children (ages birth to three years) and families. We utilize best practices that promote the optimal development of young children. Our services are provided in a family's 'natural environment', to include the family's home, the child's childcare setting, and a variety of community locations as agreed upon by the family and early interventionist.
Aspirations, LLC Speech Therapy providers will work on specific goals/outcomes, agreed upon by the treatment team, to include parents, utilizing a myriad of research-based techniques that have been proven effective with children from birth to three years of age. The company’s ST Providers will monitor progress with the family data collected by the parents and by the ST provider. Speech Therapists utilize the coaching model in supporting families to meet their children’s unique learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IFSP goals) tailored to each child and family
- Provide evidence-based therapy using a coaching model to support caregivers in daily routines
- Collaborate with families, service coordinators, and multidisciplinary team members (e.g., OT, PT, special instructors)
- Educate and train caregivers on strategies to enhance communication development
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including session notes and progress updates
- Monitor child progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed
- Participate in IFSP meetings and transition planning
- Ensure compliance with state and federal Early Intervention regulations
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in PA
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (or eligibility)
- Experience working with infants and toddlers preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood development and family-centered practices
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for home/community visits)

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit on the floor, lift/carry therapy materials, and engage actively with young children
- Ability to travel between client locations
