As a Fitness Sales Specialist, you’ll help prospective members find the right membership and fitness options for their goals while building valuable skills in sales, communication, and leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with prospective members and build genuine relationships
- Conduct club tours and introduce guests to our programs and amenities
- Follow up with leads and generate new opportunities
- Educate members on Personal Training and other fitness options
- Help create a welcoming, positive club experience
What We’re Looking For
- Positive, outgoing, and comfortable talking with people
- Goal-oriented and motivated to improve
- Coachable, dependable, and willing to learn
- Interested in building a career in fitness, sales, or leadership

Pay: $2,750.00 - $3,250.00 per month
