ABOUT SNC PACIFIC
- SNC PACIFIC is a Southern California–based procurement, logistics, and engineering company founded in 2017, specializing in U.S. military infrastructure projects in South Korea. We manage the end-to-end sourcing, purchasing, and international shipment of construction materials. Our team also provides engineering and logistics consulting to support critical construction projects overseas.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Provide administrative and operational support to the procurement department
- Research vendor catalogues and identify potential suppliers
- Communicate with vendors to obtain pricing, availability, and lead time information
- Maintain and organize procurement records, vendor files, and pricing data
- Inspection of cargo and inventory management
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and review vendor catalogues to identify suitable materials and services
- Contact vendors to request quotes and pricing information
- Compare pricing, lead times, and terms to support purchasing decisions
- Draft and prepare purchase orders for review and approval
- Inspect, track order status, and follow up with vendors on deliveries and shipments
- Cargo inspection of items at warehouse
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize projects effectively
- Capability to lift and carry boxes
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (but NOT REQUIRED)
- Proficient in basic Korean
- Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, engineering, or warehouse roles
- Familiarity with purchase order processes and vendor management
