Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. You will take payments and makes collection calls. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Process payments for residents both in person and over the phone.
- Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions.
- Handle and resolve Customer complaints.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer satisfaction, service inquiries, for the purpose of collecting on unpaid invoices, and notification of account issues.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our computerized system.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while engaging with clients.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer experience.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in data entry and using various software applications. Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Experience in sales or client services is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks effectively.
