Where You’ll Shine
Operations & Quality
- Support daily site operations to keep workflow smooth and efficient
- Oversee site cleanliness, equipment functionality, and wash quality
- Assist with inventory and supply management to keep the wash running smoothly
Guest Experience
- Create a guest-first environment by delivering excellent service
- Address questions or concerns and help implement improvements based on feedback
Team Development
- Supervise and motivate team members to maintain high standards
- Assist with training, coaching, and onboarding new hires
- Provide regular feedback and encourage growth
Leadership Support
- Assist the Site Leader with financial awareness tasks like register counts, cost control, and reporting
- Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed
- Step into leadership duties when the Site Leader is unavailable
What You Bring to the Team
- At least 1 year of leadership experience (multi-unit retail a plus)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Track record of achieving operational or financial goals
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Comfortable learning and supporting basic equipment/maintenance needs (car wash experience a plus, not required)
- Familiarity with Tommy’s Express Car Wash values and culture is a bonus
What the Role Involves Physically
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Able to lift and move items (up to 50 lbs.)
- Willing to kneel, crouch, bend, and climb an 8-foot ladder as needed
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, lively, and sometimes noisy environment
- Able to safely enter and move around a service pit (about 4 feet below ground) for cleaning and maintenance tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
