Full Time Personal Banker
Location: Pelican Rapids, MN - Minnesota National Bank

We have an exciting opportunity to join our nationally ranked team that transforms banking from transactional to relational.
As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for helping clients with proposals that suit their situation and needs.

Responsibilities:
· Communicate clearly and concisely while helping our clients transform their banking relationship
· Collaborate with other teammates to solve client problems
· Attract new meaningful clients with trained processes and integrity
· Always deliver on your commitments
· Build a trusted advisor relationship with all customers
· Listen to customer needs and assist them with the opening of their banking accounts
Skills & Requirements:
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
· Strong desire to learn and openness to be taught a new way of doing things
· Enthusiastically accept and complete all new responsibilities and duties
· Strong relationship building skills including being outgoing, friendly, sociable, and approachable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.50 - $22.50 per hour
