Overview
As a Bilingual Leasing Agent at River Run Apartments (117 units), you are responsible for driving occupancy through strong leasing execution and customer engagement in both English and Spanish. This role is focused on converting leads into leases, delivering high-quality tours, and creating urgency with prospects while supporting a seamless resident experience. Key responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound leads, showcasing available apartments, overcoming objections, and guiding prospects through the application and move-in process. You will also support current residents while contributing to a fast-paced, performance-driven leasing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Resident Relations:
- Greet prospective residents and provide information about the community and available units in both English and Spanish.
- Conduct property tours, highlighting key features and amenities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective residents.
- Assist current residents in navigating various property platforms and processes.
- Communicate and enforce community rules and policies.
Leasing Process:
- Assist in the preparation of leasing documents and ensure accuracy in the application process.
- Review and process applications.
- Negotiate lease terms and facilitate the execution of lease agreements.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Implement marketing strategies to attract potential residents, including online listings, social media, and community events.
- Maintain and update marketing materials, including brochures and online content.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to enhance leasing efforts.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective and current residents.
- Assist in managing resident files and ensure compliance with leasing policies.
- Handle inquiries and resolve resident issues in a timely manner.
- Translate forms and notices into Spanish.
Community Maintenance:
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure units are ready for showings.
- Assist in conducting regular inspections of the property and report any maintenance or safety issues.
- Assist with the maintenance of property grounds.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is a plus.
Skills:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
