Position Summary:
The primary responsibility of Tool crib is to perform various tasks to support the manufacturing operation by organizing all kind of tooling and maintaining a perpetual inventory of all continued items.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Review of reports and verification of product removed from the tool crib.
- Run negative balance report and investigate issues.
- Verify product to packing slip, print labels, put items away, and receive in all incoming product.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the tool crib.
- Maintain crib and ensure all product is ordered and stocked per requirements.
- Run and process orders to suppliers.
- Monitor delivery performance for suppliers.
- Follow up on outstanding orders, expedite as necessary.
- Run reports, analyze, and distribute to management for items issued from tool crib.
- Coordinate, control, and follow-up all goods returned for credit, repair, or replacement.
- Assist with updating of production purchase orders as needed.
- Work with accounting to understand price and delivery discrepancies.
- Maintain up to date purchasing files.
- Establish and maintain a high level of communication and effective working relationships with suppliers and peers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- 2 year of previous experience.
