Job Description
The Business Solutions Engineer is a key member of the Technology team responsible for supporting and enhancing the organization's business technology ecosystem through enterprise application support, Microsoft 365 solution development, process automation, reporting, and responsible AI adoption. This role combines application administration with solution development to improve operational efficiency and deliver technology solutions that support business objectives.
Working closely with teams across NPARALLEL + Atomic Props, you will support and enhance core business applications, including NPX (Powered by Exhibit Force), HubSpot, and Microsoft 365 solutions built with Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint. You'll troubleshoot issues, develop automation and reporting solutions, support system enhancements, and progressively assume ownership of one or more business-critical applications.
Success in this role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, a passion for continuous learning, and the ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions that improve efficiency and support the company's continued growth.
Position Responsibilities:
· Provide day-to-day administration and support for business applications, including NPX (Powered by Exhibit Force), HubSpot, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise systems by troubleshooting issues, managing configurations, and delivering exceptional customer service.
· Develop expertise in the organization's core business applications and assume ownership of one or more business-critical systems, ensuring reliable performance, documentation, and continuous improvement.
· Design, develop, maintain low-code applications, automated workflows, integrations, and digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and related technologies.
· Evaluate, pilot, and implement AI-powered solutions, including Microsoft Copilot and other approved AI technologies, to improve business processes and employee productivity.
· Partner with business teams to analyze requirements, identify automation opportunities, and implement application enhancements and technology solutions.
· Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations while supporting application updates, testing, deployments, and system integrations.
· Create technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials, and provide end-user training and ongoing support.
· Monitor application performance, identify optimization opportunities, and stay current on Microsoft technologies, AI, and industry best practices.
· Participate in technology initiatives, quality assurance testing, and occasional after-hours support as needed.
· Perform other duties as assigned in support of the Technology department and organizational objectives.

Qualifications:
· Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 0–3 years supporting business applications, Microsoft 365, or enterprise technology.
· Experience with customer support or IT support is preferred.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
· Familiarity with business applications, reporting, and troubleshooting.
· Experience with automation, AI, and business process improvements.
· Strong customer service, communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
· Ability to learn new technologies and manage multiple priorities.
· Microsoft Power Platform experience.
· Microsoft certifications or willingness to obtain them.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
