Join the Keystone Management Team
Keystone Management is seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Technician to join our team in Salisbury, NC.
We are looking for a dependable, skilled maintenance professional who takes pride in their work, communicates well with residents, and can handle both routine maintenance and apartment renovations.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities include:
- Complete general maintenance and repair work at apartment communities
- Troubleshoot and perform basic HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs
- Perform carpentry, drywall, painting, and general repairs
- Complete apartment turns and prepare vacant units for new residents
- Install kitchen cabinets, countertops, and vinyl plank flooring
- Diagnose maintenance issues and complete repairs efficiently
- Respond to resident maintenance requests in a professional and courteous manner
- Coordinate with vendors and property management staff as needed
- Participate in the on-call maintenance rotation, including after-hours emergency maintenance
- Help maintain clean, safe, and well-kept apartment communities
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous apartment, property, residential, or building maintenance experience
- Experience with carpentry, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
- Experience with apartment renovations and unit turns preferred
- Ability to install cabinets and vinyl plank flooring
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- A valid driver's license
- Ability to meet the position's employment screening requirements
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
Pay & Benefits
$20.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience
