Lead, organize, and support staff to foster a culture of teamwork, motivation, accountability, and pride within a diverse, multicultural environment.
Develop future leaders by coaching managers and supervisors in effective leadership and operational management skills.
Oversee staff performance to meet business needs and ensure compliance with carrier Service Level Agreement standards.
Ensure operational leaders properly guide Ramp Agents and Warehouse Agents in adhering to all safety rules, procedures, and established standards.
Support employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution, performance evaluations, counseling input, and termination recommendations.
Maintain strict compliance with Airport Police, TSA, USCBP, and FAA security regulations; challenge any individual without proper airport identification in WFS facilities or Airport Operational Areas (AOA).
Prepare and deliver operational reports, including weekly, monthly, and ad hoc data as required.
Complete injury and damage reports in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
Ensure post-accident and post-injury testing is conducted when required.
Assist customer representatives by providing data and documentation for compliance reporting and audits.
Maintain required employment records and coordinate mandatory airport-related appointments, including badge renewals, USCBP interviews, and other government‑required meetings.
