Fulton Commons Care Center, a respected skilled nursing facility in East Meadow, NY, is seeking compassionate and dependable CNAs to join our team. We are a well-staffed facility that values teamwork, professionalism, and high-quality resident care.
Shifts Available*:
- 7:00am–3:00pm
- 3:00pm–11:00pm
- 11:00pm–7:00am
- Must be available every other weekend
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding
Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff
Take and record vital signs
Provide safe transfers and ambulation assistance
Maintain a clean, respectful, and supportive environment
Document care provided in accordance with facility policies
Active NYS CNA Certification
Prior skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable and punctual
Must be available every other weekend
