In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in guiding patients through their surgical treatment journey, ensuring they feel confident and informed every step of the way.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate treatment plans clearly and confidently, ensuring patients understand their options and feel empowered to move forward.
- Assist patients with the financial aspects of their care, presenting costs with transparency and helping secure financial commitment.
- Collaborate closely with our team to ensure seamless coordination and a superior patient experience.
- Maintain a high-energy approach in a role that requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of successful sales experience – confidence in presenting high-value treatment plans is essential.
- Dental office experience is required – knowledge of oral surgery procedures is a plus.
- A natural ability to build trust, connect with patients, and guide them toward making informed decisions about their care.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
