We are looking for Route Drivers to deliver bagged ice to our local vendors during the busy season of summer. This is full time work through October, and we are whiling to pay for those wanting to get a CDL License.
If you are someone who is competitive this is the job for you. We pay on a commission base pay with bonuses meaning, those who work harder will be paid much higher than those who do not. We want reward those who have a good work ethic and don't feel they should be punished with a flat hourly rate.
During our busy season you must have weekend availability. You will not be required or scheduled to work both days, but these are the busiest days of the week for us, and we will need all hands-on deck. During the summer you will also need to be available on the fourth of July weekend, for an ice company this is the Super Bowl of ice sales and everyone in all departments will be working. This is a great job for those who want to maximize their earnings and get paid for what they have earned!
