Kango is an app-based transportation service that provides rides for children going to and/or from school. As a Kango Driver, you are an independent contractor and use your own reliable vehicle that meets our safety criteria.
Being a Kango Driver allows you to help your community while earning income on your own schedule!
Minimum Requirements:
- 23+ years old
- A 4-door vehicle that is a 2016 -2026 model (Car can be no more than ten years old)
- 3+ years of experience working with children
- Availability during peak morning (7:30-9 am) and/or afternoon (2-5 pm) time periods.
- Can undergo background checks and fingerprinting
- Able to finish the onboarding steps within 7-10 days
- Must be open to random drug screenings and other additional health screenings as required
Responsibilities:
- Transport children safely and reliably to school, home from school, or both.
- Ensure child safety at all times during rides
- Communicate with parents and Kango staff in a friendly and professional manner
