We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join this respected Home Health team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and demonstrate proficiency in various nursing practices. Prior RN Home Health experience is required. This role requires the ability to work in fast-paced environments, manage multiple tasks, and provide high-quality care to patients across different settings.

- Guaranteed 40 hours
- Covering: Wakefield area
- 58-60 per hour based on experience . **Please note- we pay hourly, so drive time is paid in addition to mileage**
- Monday- Friday NO weekends
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate RN to join our team. As a nurse on our team, the RN will work with the most experienced and supportive team. We offer the highest rates and support for our nurses.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Perform various nursing procedures, including IV insertion, catheterization, and wound care. ***Must be proficient with IV and blood draws.
Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of MA
- MUST HAVE HOME HEALTH EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and infection control practices.
- Previous experience in Home Health required

- Ability to perform procedures such as suturing, phlebotomy, venipuncture, and airway management.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
