Server, Position Summary
To give the member or guest an experience that makes a positive impression by servicing them to the best of ability. To satisfy members. To be able to converse with members and guests by being friendly and treat them with respect. To try to accommodate all requests as possible.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
· Take care of members and guests.
· Complete daily side work and preparation of daily F&B operation of function/ dining room.
· Service tables and correctly charging, members and guests.
· Maintain professionalism at all times.
· Maintain current job knowledge and product knowledge.
· Keep dining room and all work areas clean.
· Set up for special functions or dining room arrangements.
· All other duties as assigned.
Host, Position Summary
To greet member and guests warmly. To bring members to their tables according to guideline. To thank members and guests as they depart.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
· Greet members and guests warmly.
· Assist members and guests to their tables, plan seating chart for large parties.
· Answer phones.
· Help as needed (refills, bus, etc.).
· Take to-go orders; ring in to-go orders.
· Make copies of menus nightly.
· Update reservation list.
· Map out parties.
· Communicate table changes.
· Say good-bye to members and guests upon departure.
· All other duties as assigned.
Pay: $17.00 - $26.41 per hour
