Behavioral Health Therapist
Make a real impact every day by helping youth and families on their path to recovery. DATA is seeking a compassionate, motivated Behavioral Health Therapist to provide substance use and co-occurring disorder services.
Schedule:
Mon–Thu: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Fri: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy to youth with substance use and co-occurring disorders
- Complete assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed care
- Support case management and community resource linkage
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and agency initiatives (ROSC, Zero Suicide, Equity)
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
- 1+ year experience preferred (adolescents a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in basic computer systems
- Valid FL Driver’s License, reliable transportation
- Must pass Level II background screening and drug test
