Evolve Automation is seeking experienced Lead Low Voltage Installers and Low Voltage Technicians to join our growing team. We specialize in high-end residential and commercial technology systems, delivering exceptional craftsmanship and customer service throughout Arizona.

Responsibilities
- Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot low voltage cabling.
- Lead residential and commercial installations from rough-in through final trim.
- Install and commission access control, surveillance, networking, audio/video, and automation systems.
- Read blueprints and technology drawings.
- Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and project managers.
- Maintain organized job sites and company vehicles.
- Mentor junior technicians and ensure installations meet Evolve's quality standards.
Experience Preferred
- Structured Cabling (Cat6, Fiber Optic, Coax)
- Security & Burglar Alarm Systems
- Access Control Systems (Brivo experience is a plus)
- Cloud-Based Surveillance (Eagle Eye, Ubiquiti, Hanwha, Axis, etc.)
- Audio & Video Installation
- Control4 Home Automation
- Lutron Lighting & Shade Systems
- Networking (Ubiquiti, Araknis, routing, switching, Wi-Fi)
- Intercom Systems (Swiftlane, ButterflyMX, Aiphone, MyDoorView)
- Rack building and equipment installation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of low voltage installation experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75 lbs.
- Comfortable working on ladders and in attics
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
