Group Home Program Assistant
Full-Time & Part-Time | Hourly
We are hiring a Group Home Program Assistant to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential group home setting. This role focuses on daily care, skill-building, and community involvement to help residents live as independently as possible.
Responsibilities:

Assist with daily living activities (hygiene, dressing, mobility)

Support residents with housekeeping, cooking, and money management

Administer medications after training

Provide transportation and support community outings

Maintain documentation, incident reports, and basic financial records

Promote a safe, clean, and supportive home environment
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required (Associate degree preferred)

Experience working with adults with disabilities preferred

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Reliable vehicle and phone
-
Basic computer skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Training Provided:
-
CPR/First Aid, Safe Driving, Safety, and Bloodborne Pathogens (required within first 10 days of hire)
Salary negotiable based on experience and training/education
