Overview
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Property Manager Team (Couple Preferred) to oversee the daily operations of a residential property in Houston. This opportunity is ideal for a couple looking to work together, with one partner focused on leasing, resident relations, and administration, while the other manages maintenance, repairs, and property upkeep.
Responsibilities
Leasing & Resident Relations
- Show available units and process applications
- Execute lease agreements and renewals
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
- Respond to resident questions and concerns
- Collect rent and assist with delinquency management
- Maintain property records and reports
- Ensure a positive resident experience
Maintenance & Property Operations
- Complete routine maintenance and repairs
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Prepare units for new residents
- Maintain common areas and property appearance
- Coordinate larger projects with vendors and contractorsQualifications
- Previous experience in property management, leasing, hospitality, maintenance, or customer service preferred

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- General handyman, plumbing, electrical, or maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $25.01 - $30.12 per hour
