Responsibilities include, not limited to:
- Operate end-finishing and related production equipment according to work instructions and safety guidelines.
- Read and follow prints, job travelers, and production documentation.
- Attach correct job travelers and identification to products.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and conformance to specifications.
- Place finished materials into designated bins for packaging or transfer to the next production operation.
- Identify and report mechanical, material, or quality issues to supervision promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in accordance with 5S and safety standards.
- Follow all company safety policies, quality procedures, and standard work practices.
- Support continuous improvement efforts and team-based production goals.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of general manufacturing safety issues.
- Able to use hand tools and test equipment.
- Should be at least 18 years of age.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Skills and Abilities:
- Frequently required to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequently required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, and operate tools or equipment.
- Frequently required to reach with hands and arms.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
