Device Management & Technology Operations

Manage the organization's technology inventory through EZOffice.

Prepare, deploy, label, distribute, maintain, and retire staff and student devices.

Troubleshoot and repair hardware, software, and application issues.

Manage Apple School Manager, Apple Configurator, and Mosyle.
-
Configure staff devices, printers, and peripherals.
-
Maintain accurate inventory records and replacement schedules.
-
Serve as the first point of contact for staff technology support

Resolve technology issues promptly or coordinate with vendors when escalation is required.
-
Diagnose hardware, software, networking, and account access issues.
-
Document recurring issues and identify opportunities to improve support systems.
-
Create and manage user accounts, permissions, program rosters, and system access.
-
Support implementation and maintenance of instructional and operational software platforms.
-
Coordinate with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
-
Monitor platform performance and proactively identify problems before they impact staff or students.
-
Conduct regular campus technology walkthroughs.
-
Monitor classroom technology functionality.
-
Coordinate device replacement and repairs.
-
Monitor internet connectivity and coordinate with service providers as needed.
-
Support technology readiness for major school events, testing, and instructional initiatives.

Lead technology onboarding for new staff.
-
Provide ongoing technology training and coaching.
-
Develop user guides and technology resources.
-
Recommend improvements that increase efficiency, reliability, and user experience.

Monitor GoGuardian and other student safety tools.
-
Support technology security best practices.
-
Assist with device security, software updates, and asset protection.
-
Help ensure compliance with organizational technology policies.
-

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Experience supporting Windows, macOS, iPads, and cloud-based applications.

Experience managing technology inventory and mobile device management platforms (Mosyle, Apple School Manager, or similar preferred).

Working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
-
Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced school environment.
-
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with staff.
-
Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
