At Après Dermatology, we believe exceptional dermatology starts with an exceptional patient experience. We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to become the welcoming face of our Heber clinic. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing clinical and administrative duties. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will ensure smooth clinic operations, accurate documentation, and a welcoming environment for all patients.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome patients and provide a warm, professional first impression
- Answer phones and respond to patient questions
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
- Check patients in and out
- Verify insurance information and collect payments
- Maintain accurate patient records in our electronic medical record (EMR)
- Coordinate provider schedules and communicate appointment updates
- Help maintain an efficient, organized front office
- Deliver a five-star patient experience with every interaction
What We're Looking For
- Previous medical reception or healthcare office experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable with technology , EMR systems, and scheduling software
- Warm, polished, and professional with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative and willing to step outside a narrowly defined job description when the team needs support
- Reliable, discreet, and able to handle confidential patient and practice information appropriately
- Someone who wants to become an integral, trusted member of the practice rather than simply fill an administrative position.
