We have an exciting opportunity for a Community-Based Rehabilitation Specialist (CBRS) / Case Manager to join our team!
This position will begin by providing community-based behavioral health services to adults, adolescents, and/or children. In the fall, the position will transition to primarily working in a school setting, providing one-on-one behavioral support to children with behavioral and emotional challenges.

Responsibilities
- Provide skill-building and behavioral support services in community settings.
- Develop positive, professional relationships with clients, families, schools, and community partners.
- Assist clients in developing coping skills, emotional regulation, social skills, communication skills, and independent living skills.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Work independently while effectively managing a diverse caseload.
- In the fall, transition to providing school-based behavioral support services for children.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field required.
- Dependable, organized, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work with individuals who have a wide variety of behavioral health needs.
- Positive attitude, patience, creativity, and a good sense of humor.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.
