Ever Well is seeking a motivate team player for their Residential Facilities Team! This is a full-time role, located in the Stockton, CA area. Residential facilities is responsible for the physical plant of our facilities, which provide housing for adults and seniors who have or face significant mental health issues.
Under direct supervision of the Residential Facilities Manager, the technician will perform routing and general maintenance on residential facilities. This includes ensuring the health, safety, and function of company's tangible assets including physical plant, materials, and equipment. This position follows all applicable rules and regulations (Title 8 and 22) as well as internal policies and procedures and has an understanding of workplace safety, facility licensing regulations, basic building and maintenance processes, and general construction methods. The employee works with individuals, and groups to promote optimal mental, physical, and emotional health of residents to advance environments that produce wellness and recovery. Candidate must have the ability to demonstrate competency in general maintenance. Ideal candidate will have three years' experience, preferably in a facility setting.
May require working some weekends.
May require some travel.
Must have valid driver's license.
Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
