Responsibilities
● Install epoxy, polyaspartic, and concrete coating systems
● Grind, prep, repair, and clean concrete surfaces
● Operate hand tools, grinders, vacuums, and other installation equipment
● Maintain a clean and organized job site
● Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
● Communicate professionally with customers and team members
● Follow all company safety procedures and standards
Qualifications
● Construction, flooring, concrete, painting, or epoxy experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
● Strong work ethic and positive attitude
● Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on your feet throughout the day
● Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Willing to work overtime or occasional weekends when needed
