Job Description:
We’re looking for a responsible, enthusiastic, outgoing and style-savvy Sales Associate to join our team. You’ll help guests find jewelry they love, give them proper individual attention and a positive shopping experience
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in-store
- Maintain product knowledge and assist clients with selections
- Operate the POS system efficiently
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-merchandised
- Receive, tag, and restock inventory
- Support events, promotions, and collaborations with local artists
Qualifications:
- Prior retail or sales experience, outgoing and engaging personality
- Excellent communication skills and aloha spirit
- Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated
- Must have references
- Passion for jewelry, art, or design is a plus
Hours:
Part-time and full-time positions available (approximately 19–35 hours per week).
Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay + commission.
