Shift: Midnight Shift – Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Shift Differential: Additional pay for off-shifts
Training: First Shift

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician with strong mechanical abilities to support industrial equipment and heavy machinery operations. The ideal candidate will have journeyman-level electrical experience along with hands-on mechanical troubleshooting skills.
This role involves maintaining and repairing industrial furnaces, heavy machinery, and automated systems, requiring a strong understanding of PLC systems, electrical controls, and mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on heavy industrial equipment and furnaces
- Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480 volts
- Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled equipment
- Maintain and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs to reduce downtime
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals
- Perform welding, fabrication, and rigging work when necessary
- Use precision measuring instruments for troubleshooting and equipment setup
- Work independently on the midnight shift to resolve maintenance issues
Required Qualifications
- Journeyman-level electrical experience strongly preferred
- 2–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong experience troubleshooting electrical systems up to 480 volts
- Experience working with PLCs
- Broad knowledge of:
- Mechanical systems
- Electrical controls
- Hydraulics
- Pneumatics
- Power transmission equipment
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Ability to work independently
Preferred Experience
- Heat Treat or Brazing experience
- Industrial furnace maintenance
- Welding and fabrication
- Experience working on heavy machinery
Certifications (Preferred / Required Depending on Candidate)
- Forklift Certification
- Crane Certification
- CPR / First Aid
- Hazmat Training
Compensation
- $25 – $36.25/hr depending on experience
- Candidates who meet the Tech 2 skill level (mechanical + electrical coursework and experience) may start at $38.45/hr
