We're looking for someone with verifiable automotive repair experience (3+ years) and a current Missouri State Inspection (MVI) license. Dependability, professionalism, and the ability to work independently are a must.

Duties
- Perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics using specialized tools and equipment to identify mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
- Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, fluid replacements, tire rotations, and wheel alignments to keep vehicles running smoothly.
- Execute mechanical repairs including brake repairs, suspension work, engine diagnostics, and other mechanical repairs as needed.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently for various repair tasks while adhering to safety standards.
- Assist with vehicle inspections and maintenance schedules to ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair needs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
- Support the team with heavy lifting and physical tasks required during vehicle servicing and maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Proven dealership experience or mechanic experience working with passenger cars and light trucks (3+ years).
- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, and suspension.
- Experience with automotive diagnostics tools and techniques for accurate troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and automotive repair equipment safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of automotive fluid replacement procedures such as oil changes, coolant flushes, transmission fluid services, etc.
- Current Missouri State Inspection (MVI) license.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and perform maintenance tasks requiring manual dexterity.
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
